Play a key role in enhancing machine-translated customer service materials by conducting thorough quality reviews in Hebrew (Israel). Your primary responsibility will be to evaluate existing translations, ensuring they meet linguistic precision, flow naturally, and adhere to established project guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth quality assessments to verify linguistic accuracy and consistency across content batches
- Review and standardize error severity ratings to align with defined quality benchmarks
- Detect recurring machine translation issues such as tone mismatches, terminology discrepancies, and structural errors
- Deliver insightful, high-level feedback that supports quality reporting and informs ongoing improvements
Qualifications
- Native-level command of Hebrew (Israel) with strong English comprehension
- Proven background in translation review, machine translation evaluation, or localization quality assurance
- Experience with linguistic quality frameworks and error categorization systems
- Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and a focus on quality
- Capable of working autonomously and delivering clear, constructive feedback
Work Arrangement
This is a remote, as-needed position with tasks distributed intermittently throughout the year based on project demand. Work volume and scheduling may vary, offering flexibility for independent contributors.
Compensation
Compensated at $28.13 per hour, paid for actual hours worked on assigned tasks.
