Responsibilities
- Record details for new patients and referral requests.
- Handle scheduling tasks including booking, canceling, and changing appointments for patients and medical staff.
- Enter patient demographics, clinical data (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS), and billing information into electronic medical records systems.
- Support insurance claim processing, verify coverage details, and respond to billing questions and documentation needs.
- Answer patient messages, supply relevant information, and guide them to appropriate medical personnel.
- Help evaluate healthcare metrics, generate reports, and keep records accurate and up to date.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA rules and safeguard patient confidentiality at all times.
- Send medical records to designated departments, providers, or specialists as instructed by the supervising physician.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

- Must be available during US working hours, with a weekly commitment of 20 to 40 hours.
- Shift includes overnight hours.
