Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end technical support cases submitted by patients or medical staff
- Organize and maintain project management tools such as GitLab, AzureDevOps, spreadsheets, issue trackers, and documentation
- Conduct technical support calls with patients who have limited technology experience, primarily older adults in the United States
- Guide patients through Android tablet setup and verify configurations using Samsung Knox
- Ensure remote patient monitoring devices are properly connected and sending correct data
- Partner with engineering and program management teams to escalate and resolve technical problems
- Provide technical assistance to clinical staff and internal support personnel
- Execute database queries and analyze data using Azure CosmosDB or Device Analytics platforms
- Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's custom application, tablets, remote monitoring devices, and backend infrastructure
- Support clinical teams with device configuration and verification of security policy enforcement
- Document and present findings during technical meetings, including issue summaries and resolution strategies
