Responsibilities
- Manage the product backlog and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions in rural health facilities and data centers.
- Serve as the primary advocate for end users, gathering feedback and identifying challenges in usability, workflow, and system performance through direct field engagement.
- Lead training programs and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of digital tools by frontline health personnel and supervisors.
- Diagnose and prioritize technical and functional issues, coordinating with central product and engineering teams for timely resolution.
- Work across teams to enhance data accuracy, standardize reporting practices, and support data-informed decision-making throughout the health system.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, operational guides, and user resources to ensure consistent knowledge transfer.
- Identify and validate use cases that demonstrate product impact, linking features to measurable outcomes and guiding iterative improvements.

Hybrid role with substantial in-person responsibilities
