Responsibilities
- Lead product backlog management and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of solutions in rural health facilities and intelligence centers.
- Serve as the primary advocate for end users, gathering insights from field visits and identifying gaps in usability, workflow fit, and system performance across all levels of the health ecosystem.
- Direct training programs and change management initiatives to ensure health workers and supervisors successfully adopt digital tools.
- Diagnose and prioritize technical and functional issues in collaboration with central product and engineering teams to drive timely resolutions.
- Work across teams to strengthen data quality, standardize reporting practices, and support evidence-based decision-making throughout the health system.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, internal guides, and user resources to ensure knowledge is accessible and consistent.
- Identify and validate value-driven use cases by aligning product capabilities with measurable health outcomes, independently executing opportunities in partnership with relevant teams.
