Responsibilities
- Lead product backlog management and oversee configuration, testing, and deployment of digital solutions in rural health facilities and intelligence hubs.
- Serve as the primary advocate for end users, collecting feedback and identifying challenges related to usability, workflow, and system performance through direct field engagement.
- Design and lead training programs and change management initiatives to ensure effective adoption of digital tools by frontline health workers and supervisors.
- Diagnose and prioritize technical and functional issues in collaboration with central product and engineering teams to guide timely resolutions.
- Work across teams to enhance data accuracy, support standardized reporting, and promote data-informed decision-making throughout the health system.
- Develop and maintain product documentation, internal guides, and user resources to ensure consistent knowledge sharing.
- Identify and develop use cases that link product capabilities to measurable health outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for growth.
