Responsibilities
- Lead the management of the product backlog and oversee product configuration, testing, and deployment in rural health facilities and data centers
- Serve as the primary advocate for end users, gathering input and identifying challenges related to usability, workflow alignment, and system performance through direct field engagement with users at all levels
- Direct training initiatives and change management strategies to ensure effective adoption of digital health tools by frontline workers and supervisors
- Diagnose and prioritize technical and functional issues in coordination with central product and engineering teams to drive timely resolutions and enhancements
- Work across teams to strengthen data accuracy, support standardized reporting, and promote data-informed decision-making throughout the health system
- Develop and maintain product documentation, internal guides, and user resources to ensure consistent knowledge transfer
- Advance value-driven use cases by aligning product capabilities with measurable health outcomes, identifying successes, and uncovering new opportunities for impact
