Responsibilities
- Spend 70% of time identifying and contacting new business leads through in-person visits to independent medical practices
- Assess potential opportunities to schedule qualified meetings with decision-makers
- Carry a sales quota and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals with physicians
- Log all sales activities, leads, and pending agreements in Salesforce and attend regular sales check-ins with internal and external stakeholders
- Partner with internal Growth Operations team members to collect market insights, conduct research, and validate prospect viability
- Work with the Director to define and refine a targeted list of primary care practices in a given region
- Design and implement strategies to strengthen market presence and visibility
- Share innovative approaches and effective techniques with a growing national sales organization
- Build connections with potential strategic partners in the healthcare space
- Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with prospective clients
- Coordinate across Sales and Marketing teams to support lead generation for key accounts and emerging opportunities
