Position OverviewWe are seeking skilled attorneys with substantial litigation experience to join our healthcare litigation practice in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record handling complex legal matters in the healthcare sector and will be ready to take an active role in managing cases from discovery through resolution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and present motion briefs for court submission and oral argument
- Conduct and respond to depositions, representing clients with clarity and precision
- Manage written discovery, including drafting requests, responses, and oversight of document production
Qualifications
Candidates must have at least four years of hands-on litigation experience and be licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Residency in the state is required. Essential qualifications include strong legal writing, persuasive speaking, and research capabilities. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, capable of working with minimal oversight, and committed to high-quality legal advocacy.
Trial experience is a plus and may enhance candidacy.
