Requirements
- BA/BS or MS degree in Architecture
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of related work experience is required.
- Healthcare experience is required
- Minimum of eight (8) years of progressive leadership experience
- Active professional registration (Registered Architect) required
- Experience managing goals, expectations, motivating and directing employees to promote growth, both firm and individual
- Strong ability to facilitate technical discussions when needed
- Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to negotiate, influence and manage risk
- Ability to effectively communicate in both internal and external relationships for all essential job functions
- Ability to make sound decisions/recommendations based on the evaluation and synthesis of project information and data
- Demonstrate an enterprising, innovative, proactive management approach
