Shape strategic decision-making in a nationally recognized pediatric healthcare system by transforming data into meaningful performance insights. In this role, you will work directly with physicians, surgeons, and operational leaders to evaluate clinical productivity, financial performance, and service utilization. Your analysis will directly inform initiatives that expand patient access, improve quality, and support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative leadership to define performance metrics and interpret data related to access, quality, and financial outcomes
- Design and manage interactive dashboards and reporting tools in Power BI to track KPIs across medical group operations
- Conduct in-depth analyses of reimbursement trends, payer mix, and cost structures to guide financial planning
- Develop multi-year financial models including ROI, NPV, and break-even analyses for new programs and service expansions
- Extract and validate data from EHR platforms—including EPIC—and integrate with financial and operational systems
- Build staffing ratio models and workforce planning tools to support physician practice efficiency
- Ensure data integrity by standardizing metric definitions and validating reporting accuracy
- Act as a bridge between operational teams and data engineering to align reporting systems and improve data quality
- Support strategic planning, budgeting cycles, and performance review meetings with evidence-based insights
- Advance data literacy across the organization by translating technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
Qualifications
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Business, Statistics, or a related field—advanced degrees are preferred. Minimum of four years of experience in healthcare analytics, financial modeling, or business performance analysis is required. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and Power BI is essential, along with experience using EPIC or comparable EHR systems. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills are critical for success.
Preferred candidates will have background in physician enterprise environments, familiarity with healthcare cost accounting and reimbursement models, and experience working alongside enterprise data teams.

Compensation & Benefits
The salary range for this position is $96,760 to $145,140. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage with HSA and FSA options; a 403(b) retirement plan with strong employer match, plus 457(b) and supplemental retirement plans; employer-paid life and disability insurance; and generous paid time off and extended illness leave.
