Responsibilities
- Champion the consulting and analytical methods used by the Star ratings and quality analytics team
- Define project requirements, create processes, and oversee initiatives aligned with analytical standards, reporting demands, and new product development
- Lead in-depth client analysis and serve as the internal expert on Star ratings data, methodologies, and performance drivers, maintaining accountability for analytics and custom reporting
- Proactively analyze factors affecting Star ratings, identify trends and barriers, and develop actionable recommendations to enhance client performance and support stakeholders
- Serve as the subject matter expert on quality-related projects between the quality management and enterprise analytics teams to ensure alignment with client objectives
- Perform additional duties as required
