Catch Creation is hiring a Head of TikTok Shop

Lead the TikTok Shop strategy for a top-tier pet brand, driving growth through creator partnerships, LIVE shopping, and platform optimization. This role owns the full ecosystem—from recruiting and managing affiliates to shaping content strategy and ensuring shop health.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct the end-to-end operation of the TikTok Shop, including LIVE scheduling, product availability, and promotional planning
  • Analyze performance data to refine content formats, creator selection, and sales tactics
  • Build and lead an internal team focused on outreach, content coordination, and community engagement
  • Design commission models and incentive programs that fuel sustainable affiliate growth
  • Develop content briefs and creative direction that align with audience preferences and brand voice
  • Manage relationships with creators at all levels, from emerging influencers to top performers
  • Ensure compliance with brand standards and platform rules across all published content
  • Oversee TikTok Seller Center operations, including listings, pricing, and policy adherence
  • Respond to platform updates and algorithm shifts with agile, forward-looking adjustments
  • Report to leadership with clear insights, performance trends, and strategic recommendations

What We’re Looking For

Candidates should bring hands-on experience managing TikTok Shop at scale, with a proven ability to grow GMV through creator-driven strategies. You think like an owner, act with precision, and thrive in fast-moving environments. Experience with physical goods—especially in pet or home categories—is a strong plus.

We value operational rigor, strong communication, and the ability to lead teams with clarity and accountability. If you’re deeply familiar with TikTok’s tools and culture, and have led successful campaigns using LIVE, Spark Ads, or platform subsidies, you’ll fit right in.

Compensation & Work Environment

Salary range: $130,000 – $160,000, based on experience. Additional compensation includes monthly and quarterly bonuses tied to measurable growth targets. The role is hybrid, with a preference for candidates near Brickell, Miami. Remote work is supported with flexibility.
