Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to meet current and future hiring needs
- Design and implement scalable recruitment processes across departments
- Partner with executives to understand team requirements and workforce planning
- Develop employer branding initiatives to attract top-tier candidates
- Oversee candidate experience from outreach to onboarding
- Use data to measure hiring effectiveness and optimize sourcing channels
- Build and mentor a high-performing talent team
- Ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion are embedded in hiring practices
- Evaluate talent market trends to inform competitive hiring strategies
- Manage relationships with external recruitment partners and platforms
- Create onboarding programs that support early employee engagement
- Support performance management frameworks in collaboration with HR
- Drive retention strategies by identifying key employee lifecycle touchpoints
- Maintain compliance with labor laws and hiring regulations
- Foster a culture of continuous feedback within the talent function
