Strategic Leadership
Develop and refine a forward-looking operations strategy, ensuring continuous alignment with business priorities. Establish clear KPIs and governance frameworks to track progress, manage dependencies, and deliver measurable outcomes. Collaborate closely with corporate strategy, finance, technology, and product teams to integrate operational planning across the organization.
Transformation & Execution
- Lead high-impact transformation initiatives such as system implementations, process optimization, and organizational redesign.
- Drive adoption of continuous improvement methodologies like Lean and Six Sigma to build a culture of operational excellence.
- Manage the end-to-end integration of acquisitions within operations, including due diligence support and post-merger execution.
- Design and lead change management programs to ensure stakeholder engagement and smooth adoption of new processes and tools.
Team & Capability Development
Build and mentor a skilled team focused on strategy, business analysis, and program management. Champion talent development by upskilling current employees and shaping recruitment strategies to attract future-ready expertise. Strengthen cyber security capabilities within operations to support digital transformation and risk resilience.
Qualifications & Experience
Requires a bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of leadership experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations—preferably in the electronics industry. Proven success in leading large-scale transformations and managing complex strategic portfolios is essential. An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
