About the Role

The role involves leading a team responsible for technical solution design, client onboarding, and integration support. You will align engineering expertise with customer requirements, manage cross-functional collaboration, and optimize onboarding workflows to ensure timely and secure implementation for global clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop a team of solution engineers and onboarding specialists
  • Own the end-to-end technical onboarding process for new enterprise clients
  • Collaborate with sales to translate client needs into scalable technical solutions
  • Ensure integration projects are delivered on time and meet security standards
  • Drive process improvements to reduce onboarding cycle times
  • Act as a technical advisor during pre-sales discussions
  • Define best practices for solution architecture and deployment
  • Manage client expectations and technical deliverables throughout onboarding
  • Work closely with product and engineering teams to relay customer feedback
  • Oversee documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
  • Ensure compliance with data protection and industry regulations
  • Monitor key performance metrics for onboarding success
  • Scale team structure and processes to support business growth
  • Support incident resolution during integration phases
  • Lead post-implementation reviews to identify optimization opportunities
  • Develop training materials for internal and client-facing teams
  • Standardize solution templates for recurring client use cases
  • Coordinate with customer success to ensure smooth handover
  • Evaluate and implement onboarding automation tools
  • Maintain up-to-date expertise on relevant technologies and platforms
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and innovation
  • Manage stakeholder communication across departments
