About the Role
The Head of Sales will lead the development and execution of the company's sales strategy, manage a growing team, and be directly responsible for achieving revenue targets in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a scalable sales strategy aligned with company goals
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance sales team
- Own the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to closing
- Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and generate qualified leads
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Forecast revenue accurately and report on sales metrics
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion strategies
- Optimize sales processes and improve conversion rates
- Work cross-functionally with product and customer success teams
- Establish sales methodologies and best practices
- Drive quarterly and annual sales planning
- Manage pipeline health and ensure consistent deal progression
- Negotiate complex deals and contracts
- Represent the organization in executive-level discussions
- Ensure sales operations run efficiently and at scale
- Evaluate and adopt sales tools and CRM systems
- Maintain up-to-date competitive intelligence
- Set and track KPIs for individual and team performance
- Develop sales training programs for onboarding and ongoing development
- Align sales goals with overall business objectives
- Identify risks in revenue projections and propose mitigation plans
- Support product positioning based on customer feedback
- Ensure compliance with legal and contractual requirements
- Drive a data-driven sales culture
- Maintain a customer-centric approach in all sales activities
Compensation
