United Franchise Group (UFG, Inc.) is hiring a Head of Revenue Operations

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute upon the long-term RevOps strategy that connects data, systems, and processes into a unified GTM engine.
  • Oversee forecasting for new business, renewals, and churn — ensuring accurate, data-driven decisions.
  • Define GTM systems architecture and tool administration (HubSpot, Gong, Apollo, Chilli Piper, etc.), ensuring scalability and adoption.
  • Partner with GTM leadership and Finance on annual planning, quota and incentive design, and operational rhythm.
  • Lead the GTM Enablement team, including onboarding, skill development, and programs that increase productivity and performance.
  • Maintain Ashby’s high talent bar while hiring and onboarding managers and individual contributors to the Revenue Operations team.
  • Drive a culture of analytical rigor, clear metrics, and continuous improvement across the GTM org.

Team

Team size: 5. Structure: Revenue Operations team scaling from 5 to 15 members; includes front-line managers and functional teams; reports to Sr. Leadership; partners with VP of Marketing, VP of Sales, and VP of Customer Success

Additional Information

  • This is not a role for hands-off delegators — must be willing to roll up sleeves and execute.
  • Preference for working independently vs as part of an interdisciplinary team is not suitable.
  • Team values documentation first and async communication; written communication is a core mode.
  • Not anti-meeting but highly values the written word.
