Shape the future of regional commerce in one of Europe’s fastest-growing delivery markets. As Head of Regions – Romania, you’ll be responsible for unlocking the full potential of Glovo’s most important regional partners outside national chains, driving performance through data, strategy, and trusted partnerships.
What You’ll Do
- Lead the commercial performance of major regional partners, setting the pace for growth and market expansion
- Develop and sustain executive-level relationships through consistent, in-person engagement across key cities
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements that balance ambition with long-term partnership health
- Design and implement joint business plans, segmentation models, and portfolio strategies tailored to regional dynamics
- Use performance data and KPIs to uncover opportunities, guide decisions, and measure impact
- Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them scale efficiently within the platform ecosystem
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of over 20 professionals, including managers and senior commercial roles
- Align cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and global teams to ensure seamless execution
- Represent the company’s values and leadership approach in every external interaction
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years in commercial, sales, or key account leadership, preferably in tech, marketplaces, FMCG, or high-growth sectors
- Proven success managing large partner portfolios and delivering consistent revenue growth
- Experience leading and scaling teams of 20 or more, with a focus on development and performance
- Strong negotiation skills, particularly in high-pressure or complex environments
- Ability to turn data into strategic insights and clear actions for partners and internal teams
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Willingness to travel frequently and spend time on the ground with partners
- Fluency in Romanian and English
