Lead regional marketing with strategic impact
As Head of Regional Marketing, you will shape and execute marketing strategies across key international markets, ensuring alignment between global objectives and local execution. You'll lead a team of regional marketing professionals, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a distributed team of marketing owners, promoting knowledge sharing and unified performance standards
- Define and track KPIs for lead generation, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact across regions
- Oversee regional budget allocation, ensuring strategic investment and measurable return
- Adapt global marketing strategies into localized plans that maintain brand integrity while addressing regional market dynamics
- Collaborate with regional sales leaders to align marketing initiatives with pipeline goals
- Collect and analyze market insights, customer feedback, and competitive intelligence to inform global strategy and product direction
- Establish standardized processes and tools to improve scalability and cross-regional efficiency
- Ensure seamless integration of regional input into global planning cycles
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 7 years in B2B marketing, including at least 2 years in a regional or global leadership capacity
- Proven experience managing multicultural, distributed teams in the technology or software sector
- Hands-on expertise in end-to-end campaign management, from concept to performance evaluation
- Strong analytical capabilities with direct experience in campaign reporting using PowerBI and Matomo
- Familiarity with Salesforce and Marketo for lead tracking and marketing automation
- Experience managing marketing budgets, setting targets, and measuring ROI
- Background in field marketing, partnerships, or brand awareness initiatives
- Fluent English; ability to communicate clearly across diverse teams
- Willingness to work in-office four days per week in Berlin, with one remote day
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel in a marketing or analytics context
- Background in serving finance or consulting industry clients
