This role is about shaping how customers experience the platform from first interaction to long-term use, ensuring UX is embedded in product decisions from the outset, not applied afterward.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the end-to-end product experience strategy across all platform offerings.
- Establish design as a foundational system by developing principles, standards, rituals, and scalable practices.
- Transform customer feedback and behavioral signals into actionable insights that drive UX and product enhancements.
- Integrate user experience expertise into sales demonstrations, custom implementations, and client-facing initiatives to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Drive the adoption of new features through experience-led rollouts that support user discovery, comprehension, and engagement.
- Collaborate closely with product management to embed user-centered thinking into product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap decisions.
- Lead the product design function as a strategic partner to product and engineering leadership.
- Guide the balance between usability, system complexity, and scalability within a high-growth fintech environment.
