Requirements
- 8+ years of product design experience, including meaningful time in startup or growth-stage environments.
- 3+ years managing designers.
- Experience building or evolving a design system.
- Experience designing complex, workflow-heavy products.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and executional levels.
- You are motivated by ownership and impact.
- You are comfortable working in environments where clarity must be created.
- You value craft and systems, but you also value speed and execution.
- You bring humility, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
- You are deeply user-focused and care about building products that materially improve people’s lives.
- You are also curious about emerging design tooling and AI-assisted workflows, and excited to experiment with ways they can improve product development speed, iteration cycles, and design quality.
