Responsibilities
- Develop short and long-term performance marketing strategies across channels including (but not limited to) Paid Search, Display, Video, Social, Programmatic and more.
- Own a full-funnel strategy that balances demand capture with demand creation and brand-building initiatives to drive both short-term revenue and long-term customer loyalty.
- Have a forward-looking vision for how our channels should evolve, ensuring we are positioned to win in a rapidly changing landscape, including agentic AI, search transformation, and emerging media technologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally within eCommerce, Commercial/Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Finance/Controlling, and regional teams to build paid media plans that clearly outline impact to sales, underpinned by industry trends, competitor threats and market opportunities on a global scale.
- Further strengthen channels that are strong revenue contributors while exploring new channels for growth and revenue contribution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or direct experience in performance / digital marketing
- 10 or more years of relevant experience with minimum 6 years working hands on developing media plans and directly executing performance marketing campaigns
- Experience working in marketing roles involving direct impact on revenue / sales
- Experience managing an 8-figure advertising budget
- Experience managing multiple layers of direct reports and managing external agencies

- Experience building emerging channels from pilot stage into scalable revenue contributors
- Mastery in full funnel heavy up campaigns targeting customers across their purchase journey
- Experience across MarTech and Data & Analytics platforms
- Statistical Techniques: experimental design, analyses with probabilities and confidence intervals
- Demonstrated experience building and leading high-performing teams
- Ability to present complex analytical information in clear, concise, and compelling manner to executive leadership to inspire action
