About the Role
This role is responsible for building and scaling a partnerships function that drives customer acquisition, product integration, and long-term revenue growth through third-party relationships.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with company goals
- Identify and pursue high-impact collaboration opportunities with strategic vendors
- Negotiate and close partnership agreements with clear KPIs and mutual value
- Manage a pipeline of potential partners from outreach to onboarding
- Collaborate with product teams to enable technical integrations with partner platforms
- Drive co-marketing initiatives with partners to increase brand visibility
- Monitor and report on partnership performance and ROI
- Develop playbooks for scaling partner acquisition and onboarding
- Serve as primary liaison between external partners and internal teams
- Align partnership goals with revenue, product, and customer success objectives
- Represent the company at industry events and partner forums
- Maintain a partner-facing roadmap to communicate integration timelines
- Train internal teams on partner value propositions and engagement protocols
- Establish governance frameworks for managing partner relationships
- Evaluate new partnership models including reseller, referral, and API-based integrations
- Ensure legal and compliance alignment in all partnership agreements
- Work with finance to model revenue share and incentive structures
- Build trust and long-term engagement with key partner stakeholders
- Track market trends to identify emerging partnership opportunities
- Optimize partner lifecycle management from onboarding to renewal
