Lead the operational backbone of a scaling direct-to-consumer apparel brand as Head of Operations/Supply Chain. In this fully remote role based in LATAM, you’ll own the entire supply chain lifecycle—from demand forecasting to final delivery—ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and financial sustainability as the business grows.
What You’ll Do
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand planning, inventory forecasting, and purchase order execution
- Develop data-driven strategies to maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing both stockouts and overstock
- Oversee cash flow planning tied to procurement and production cycles
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and manufacturers, focusing on cost, timing, and payment terms
- Collaborate with overseas manufacturing partners, primarily in Asia, to ensure on-time production and delivery
- Work closely with 3PL providers to monitor inventory movement, resolve issues, and maintain accuracy
- Partner with customer service to communicate product availability and shipping timelines
- Build clear, actionable reports for leadership and stakeholders
- Identify operational bottlenecks and implement scalable systems to support growth
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 5 years in supply chain, logistics, or operations within a DTC or e-commerce setting
- Proven track record in inventory management, forecasting, and supplier relations
- Hands-on experience with Shopify and integration within 3PL ecosystems
- Direct experience managing overseas manufacturing relationships
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to balance operational needs against financial constraints
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Self-driven and adaptable, with a history of thriving in fast-moving, evolving environments

Compensation & Work Environment
This is a fully remote position for candidates based in LATAM, with availability aligned to US time zones. The salary ranges up to $5,000 USD per month, commensurate with experience. There is no equity component. This role offers significant autonomy and the chance to shape the future of operations as the company expands, with potential to evolve into a broader Head of Operations function.
