Responsibilities
- Guarantee on-time fulfillment of all client logs meeting defined quality benchmarks
- Develop scalable systems for onboarding contributors and managing supply across regions
- Enforce quality assurance standards to uphold data accuracy and reliability
- Manage cost models and contributor payout structures efficiently
- Create multi-tiered contingency plans to prevent delivery disruptions
- Grow and manage a high-performing operations team distributed globally
- Oversee full-cycle execution for research and consumer insight deployments
- Ensure consistent operational performance across locations, time zones, and service types
- Define clear escalation protocols and risk tolerance levels
- Build global systems for acquiring and re-engaging contributors
- Maximize output efficiency per city and per log submission
- Structure incentives to support speed and quality of delivery
- Lead quality assurance as an integrated control mechanism, not just post-delivery review
- Set pass/fail criteria, rejection rules, and retraining processes
- Ensure all data output meets external client standards without compromising thresholds
- Monitor and improve cost efficiency per approved submission
- Predict delivery timelines using early performance indicators
- Prevent erosion of margins through disciplined operational design
- Develop primary and backup delivery routes for key deployments
- Address risks from geographic coverage gaps, contributor attrition, or system outages
- Minimize unexpected delays with proactive signal monitoring
- Synchronize operations timelines with sales commitments and client SLAs
- Work with Engineering to enhance operational tools and workflows
- Partner with Community teams to maintain contributor motivation and retention
- Recruit, train, and lead regional operations managers
