As Head of Marketing, you'll drive growth for a global subscription-based mobile learning app by shaping and executing a data-driven marketing strategy. You'll translate business objectives into scalable user acquisition plans, with a strong focus on performance efficiency and volume across paid channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and lead the end-to-end marketing strategy, aligning with long-term business goals and optimizing for sustainable customer acquisition cost (CPA) at scale.
- Manage and refine performance across major paid channels, with Meta Ads as the core driver, while evaluating and testing new user acquisition platforms.
- Own marketing measurement frameworks—from tracking KPIs by channel to refining attribution models and driving actionable insights.
- Lead and expand teams focused on user acquisition and creative production, ensuring clear priorities, effective tooling, and structured growth paths.
- Implement regular feedback cycles, performance reviews, and individual development plans to strengthen team capability.
- Assess and integrate new MarTech solutions to enhance automation, reporting speed, and operational scalability.
What You Bring
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in B2C performance marketing, ideally within mobile-first or web-based consumer products at scale.
- Proven success managing multi-million dollar monthly ad budgets with measurable ROI and contribution to net profit.
- Deep technical command of Meta Ads; strong working knowledge of Google UAC, TikTok, and other performance channels.
- Experience solving complex scaling challenges amid shifting platform dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Track record building efficient creative operations, including automated workflows and integrated production pipelines.
- Background leading teams in agile environments—hiring, coaching, and developing talent with structured performance systems.
