Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the company's core narrative, market positioning, and messaging framework for all customer segments and personas
- Simplify and communicate advanced technical features into clear, persuasive value propositions for enterprise executives and mid-market operators
- Manage end-to-end product launches, from internal coordination to public market entry
- Create and scale a demand generation system that delivers qualified leads across enterprise and mid-market segments
- Oversee the entire customer journey—from awareness to conversion—with measurable attribution and performance reporting
- Collaborate with sales leadership to define ideal customer profiles, align messaging, and meet pipeline goals
- Plan and execute integrated campaigns across paid, owned, and partner channels, continuously optimizing performance
- Safeguard and evolve the brand’s tone, voice, and visual identity as the organization grows
- Lead thought leadership initiatives to position company executives as authoritative voices in retail media and advertising technology
- Manage public relations and media outreach to secure coverage in key industry and business publications
- Ensure brand and message consistency across all external communications and platforms
- Foster and expand a community of developers, operators, and partners engaged with the platform
- Own content and messaging for developer audiences, including documentation, newsletters, updates, and community forums
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to produce technical content that appeals to developer and technical buyer audiences
- Identify and empower early adopters and community advocates to amplify reach and credibility
- Recruit, lead, and develop a growing marketing team with strategic hiring as the function expands
- Manage and allocate the marketing budget to maximize return and impact
- Establish scalable systems, tools, and processes to enable team efficiency and agility
