Shape the future of industrial technology marketing by building a strategic function from scratch. As Head of Marketing, you’ll define the brand identity and craft persuasive messaging for a voice-enabled AI platform that enhances operational efficiency and safety in industrial environments.
What You’ll Do
- Design and lead the go-to-market strategy, choosing the most effective paths—whether account-based outreach, content programs, or industry events—to reach global operations and safety leaders.
- Develop high-converting marketing campaigns, from writing persuasive copy to setting up lead-generation systems and running A/B tests to optimize performance.
- Launch initiatives, monitor key metrics, and refine approaches based on real-time data to ensure consistent progress toward revenue goals.
- Adapt quickly when strategies underperform, demonstrating agility in shifting tactics to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with a small, cross-functional team of 2–3 members who support both product and design, providing direction and alignment across functions.
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners to execute campaigns efficiently and maintain brand consistency.
- Translate advanced AI capabilities into clear, results-driven stories that resonate with C-suite decision-makers, emphasizing measurable ROI.
What We’re Looking For
