Key Responsibilities
- Direct all regional IT operations, providing oversight for local teams and serving as the primary escalation point during major incidents.
- Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery by enforcing global standards and governance frameworks across local IT units.
- Guarantee the availability, performance, and resilience of IT infrastructure and applications supporting manufacturing and corporate operations.
- Implement and refine ITIL-based processes for incident, problem, change, and service request management to enhance operational discipline.
- Work closely with global IT departments to align regional activities with enterprise architecture, cybersecurity policies, and technology roadmaps.
- Define and monitor key performance indicators to track service health, drive accountability, and support data-driven improvements.
