Ensure system reliability with performance targets, error budgeting, on-call management, and automated monitoring to reduce incidents
Develop a unified strategy for FHIR, HL7, and custom APIs to standardize communication across healthcare systems
Create and maintain an SDK and onboarding process for seamless integration with new EHR and API partners
Enforce security and compliance standards including HIPAA and SOC 2, with regular threat modeling and security reviews for all connectors
Build, mentor, and scale a dedicated team focused on integration and system reliability engineering
