Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end international profit and loss, focusing on revenue expansion, margin targets, cost efficiency, and working capital optimization.
  • Adapt global brand direction into localized strategies that resonate across wholesale, direct-to-consumer, and distributor channels.
  • Collaborate across functions through influence, aligning with central teams in product, marketing, finance, and operations.
  • Expand market presence by shaping distribution frameworks, prioritizing strategic countries, and building scalable commercial approaches.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key international wholesale and distribution partners to ensure brand consistency.
  • Build and lead a high-performance leadership team, promoting a culture of ownership and results-driven mindset.
  • Apply strategic thinking to streamline complex challenges and align cross-regional stakeholders in dynamic global conditions.
