RS Group is hiring a Head of GSBS Planning & Performance Reporting

Lead the evolution of performance reporting and operational planning within a global service delivery environment. This role is central to building reliable, consistent insights that guide decision-making across the organization. You will shape how performance is measured, reported, and improved, ensuring alignment across regions and functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and streamline regular reporting cycles—daily, weekly, and monthly—ensuring clarity in metrics, definitions, and benchmarks across global teams.
  • Produce executive-level business reviews with actionable analysis, supporting leadership forums with data-backed insights.
  • Lead workload forecasting, capacity planning, and real-time operational adjustments to maintain service delivery standards.
  • Apply advanced analytics, trend identification, and process mining techniques to uncover opportunities for efficiency and improvement.
  • Collaborate with regional stakeholders to align on process strategies, drive adoption of best practices, and standardize reporting frameworks.
  • Mentor and grow a high-performing team focused on reporting excellence, analytical rigor, and continuous operational advancement.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading analytical or operational teams in complex, high-volume global service environments.
  • Strong command of statistical methods, data interpretation, and managing large-scale datasets.
  • Familiarity with core business processes including Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, and Record to Report.
  • Skilled at influencing senior leaders and building partnerships across diverse regions.
  • Demonstrated commitment to operational excellence and team development.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality insights under tight deadlines, with agility and problem-solving focus.
  • High commercial awareness and adaptability in fast-changing environments.

Work Environment

This role operates in a hybrid model, with flexibility to work remotely and from office locations in Corby, London, or Manchester. The balance supports collaboration while respecting individual work preferences.
