About the Role
You will own the full growth lifecycle for a direct-to-consumer e-commerce platform, designing scalable acquisition funnels, improving conversion rates, and leveraging analytics to guide product and marketing decisions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end customer acquisition strategies across paid and organic digital channels
- Optimize conversion rates across website, checkout, and post-purchase experiences
- Lead A/B testing programs to validate growth hypotheses and improve key metrics
- Analyze user behavior data to identify friction points and opportunities in the customer journey
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering teams to execute growth initiatives
- Define and track KPIs related to customer lifetime value, CAC, and retention
- Scale performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and TikTok
- Oversee email and SMS marketing strategies to boost repeat purchases
- Implement personalization tactics to enhance user engagement and average order value
- Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners
- Build and maintain dashboards for real-time performance monitoring
- Drive SEO strategy to increase organic traffic and visibility
- Evaluate new growth channels and pilot experimental tactics
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations in all marketing activities
- Lead onboarding and training for new team members in growth methodologies
- Use analytics tools to attribute performance accurately across touchpoints
- Develop lifecycle marketing campaigns tailored to customer segments
- Work closely with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
- Optimize landing pages and user flows for maximum conversion
- Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark performance and identify differentiators
- Present growth insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
- Manage budget allocation across channels based on ROI performance
- Foster a culture of experimentation and data-driven decision-making
- Stay current with industry trends in e-commerce and digital marketing
- Ensure brand consistency across all customer-facing growth touchpoints
