Responsibilities

  • Drive new customer acquisition through scalable and effective channels.
  • Generate demand across all high-performing marketing and outreach channels.
  • Lead initiatives in brand development, content creation, social media, events, paid advertising, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and manage the sales pipeline necessary to support Series A and future funding stages.
  • Fuel growth within the existing customer base.
  • Treat customer expansion, product adoption, and retention as core marketing challenges.
  • Develop customer marketing programs, co-marketing campaigns, reference networks, and community engagement.
  • Leverage the 130 existing brand customers as a primary engine for growth.
  • Own end-to-end product launches from planning to execution.
  • Turn every product release into a significant market event.
  • Define and execute positioning, messaging, and distribution strategies.
  • Establish leadership in a new market category.
  • Help define and shape the emerging category of customer experience operating systems for brands.
  • Take responsibility for how this new category is defined and adopted in the market.
  • Build brand awareness and market momentum.
  • Create campaigns, content, and public presence that position the company as the leading name in CX AI.
  • Design and implement a scalable growth system.
