Responsibilities
- Lead and advance the comprehensive growth strategy across core customer acquisition channels
- Uncover and act on opportunities related to customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and upselling
- Design, implement, and refine end-to-end growth initiatives across the full customer journey
- Evaluate performance data to deliver actionable, evidence-based insights
- Work hand-in-hand with marketing, sales, customer success, and executive teams
- Shape and improve brand messaging, market positioning, and launch strategies
- Create repeatable growth systems, operational workflows, and testing methodologies
- Contribute to community engagement, strategic partnerships, and brand-driven growth efforts when applicable
