Lead the evolution of a growing brand’s visual identity by defining and executing a cohesive design strategy that aligns with business goals. As Head of Graphic Design, you’ll own the end-to-end visual direction—from brand systems and marketing campaigns to product interfaces and digital content—ensuring every touchpoint reinforces clarity, trust, and market presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a unified visual language across all platforms, including web, social, product, and promotional channels
- Conduct comprehensive audits of existing visual assets to identify gaps and opportunities for stronger brand alignment
- Develop and enforce scalable brand guidelines, templates, and design systems to ensure consistency and efficiency
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Growth teams to deliver high-quality visuals on tight timelines
- Design compelling assets for campaigns, product launches, and partnerships with a focus on performance and engagement
- Incorporate AI tools strategically into creative workflows to enhance speed, quality, and innovation
- Lead A/B testing and creative experimentation to optimize visual impact across channels
- Mentor and manage designers or freelancers, establishing clear ownership, processes, and delivery standards
- Act as a strategic design partner to leadership, translating business objectives into powerful visual narratives
Qualifications
- 7+ years of graphic design experience, including leadership or senior roles in brand or digital design
- Proven track record of building and managing brand identity systems and visual standards
- Strong portfolio showcasing work in branding, marketing, and digital design with measurable impact
- Deep understanding of conversion-driven design and visual storytelling principles
- Hands-on experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and AI-powered design tools
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, remote environments with strong communication and project management skills
- Experience mentoring creatives and streamlining cross-functional workflows
