Narvar is hiring a Head of Go-to-Market (GTM) Enablement

Responsibilities

  • Within the first 90 to 180 days, lead enablement for two new product launches by creating field-facing materials and training sessions in collaboration with marketing, with primary focus on Sales and Customer Success teams mastering new content.
  • Develop, own, and execute the comprehensive GTM enablement strategy aligned with company goals and leadership priorities.
  • Design and manage end-to-end enablement programs including onboarding, ongoing learning, technical training, and sales reinforcement, creating content based on real-world field insights such as win/loss analysis and customer conversations.
  • Identify skill gaps across GTM teams by analyzing CRM data, conversation intelligence, field feedback, and management input; define KPIs with RevOps and leadership, and measure post-program behavior change to guide iteration.
  • Lead AI transformation in GTM by identifying high-impact use cases such as AI roleplay, generative content, and coaching tools, then drive tool adoption and measure impact on productivity and behaviors.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product leaders to align enablement with business objectives, product launches, and GTM motions.
  • Refine GTM workflows including sales cycles and customer lifecycle plays, embedding best practices and maintaining dynamic, accessible playbooks integrated into daily operations.
  • Equip frontline managers with coaching frameworks and inspection skills through targeted programs, acting as a thought partner to sustain performance improvements.
  • Optimize the use of enablement technology, evaluating new tools to improve engagement and program effectiveness.
  • Lead planning and execution of major GTM events such as sales kickoffs and quarterly meetings.
