Responsibilities
- Direct the creation and deployment of a unified global Total Rewards strategy encompassing base salaries, incentive plans, equity programs, and benefits frameworks.
- Prepare and deliver executive-level materials for the Board's Compensation Committee, including executive pay proposals, performance linkage analysis, and regulatory filings such as Proxy statements.
- Ensure adherence of all reward programs to international legal standards, including labor laws, data privacy regulations, and pay equity mandates.
- Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments on financial planning, budget integration, and governance compliance relevant to public company obligations.
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team, fostering deep expertise in global compensation and benefits administration.
- Maintain competitive positioning by analyzing market data and conducting salary surveys across global regions and specialized functions, particularly in SaaS and hardware engineering domains.
