Planet is hiring a Head of Global Total Rewards

Responsibilities

  • Direct the creation and deployment of a unified global Total Rewards strategy encompassing base salaries, incentive plans, equity programs, and benefits frameworks.
  • Prepare and deliver executive-level materials for the Board's Compensation Committee, including executive pay proposals, performance linkage analysis, and regulatory filings such as Proxy statements.
  • Ensure adherence of all reward programs to international legal standards, including labor laws, data privacy regulations, and pay equity mandates.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Legal departments on financial planning, budget integration, and governance compliance relevant to public company obligations.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Total Rewards team, fostering deep expertise in global compensation and benefits administration.
  • Maintain competitive positioning by analyzing market data and conducting salary surveys across global regions and specialized functions, particularly in SaaS and hardware engineering domains.

  • The role reports directly to the Chief People Officer.
  • Collaboration is required with Finance, Legal, and the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors.
