About the Role

The role involves building and managing a portfolio of financial partnerships that create scalable growth opportunities, requiring leadership across internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver integrated solutions and drive market expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute a strategic vision for financial partnerships
  • Identify and pursue high-impact collaboration opportunities with banks, fintechs, and financial institutions
  • Negotiate and close partnership agreements with measurable business outcomes
  • Drive revenue growth through co-developed products and integrated offerings
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful partner onboarding and integration
  • Develop metrics to assess partnership performance and optimize strategies
  • Represent the organization in external forums and industry events
  • Maintain deep expertise in financial services trends and competitive landscape
  • Collaborate with product teams to align partner needs with roadmap priorities
  • Manage executive-level relationships with key partners
  • Ensure legal and compliance alignment across partnership initiatives
  • Scale operational processes to support an expanding partner ecosystem
  • Advocate for partner interests internally to improve product and service offerings
  • Monitor market shifts to identify new partnership opportunities
  • Deliver regular updates on partnership KPIs to senior leadership
  • Foster a culture of accountability and data-driven decision-making
  • Balance short-term wins with long-term strategic positioning
