Responsibilities
- Oversee the preparation and consolidation of financial statements—including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements—for all entities within the holding group.
- Lead financial and management accounting functions, ensuring data accuracy and adherence to Cypriot legal requirements and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS).
- Coordinate and manage the annual external audit process in collaboration with auditors based in Cyprus.
- Lead the migration to a new accounting and reporting platform, focusing on process automation and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee tax strategy development in line with business objectives and compliance with local laws.
- Establish and maintain robust internal controls, financial policies, and operational procedures to scale with company growth.
- Provide leadership and oversight to regional finance teams to ensure consistent, high-quality financial reporting across jurisdictions.
