As Head of Engineering Recruitment, you will lead the strategy and execution of global engineering hiring, building a resilient and scalable recruitment engine focused on senior and highly technical roles. You will manage a distributed team, ensuring consistent delivery while shaping long-term hiring practices across infrastructure, platform, systems, and product engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of engineering recruiters, aligning operations across multiple time zones and regions
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer, with a focus on technical depth and role specificity
- Enhance early-stage sourcing strategies to improve volume and quality of candidates for hard-to-fill positions
- Collaborate closely with engineering executives to define hiring needs, calibrate role expectations, and refine assessment criteria
