About the Role

Responsibilities

- Work closely with security and compliance teams
- Optimize development workflows and CI/CD pipelines
- Represent engineering in executive discussions
- Ensure timely delivery of product features

- Promote knowledge sharing across technical teams

- Master’s degree in a technical discipline
- Experience leading teams of 20+ engineers
- Hands-on coding experience in recent roles
