Responsibilities
- Lead product education initiatives for the team through structured sessions, documentation, and demonstrations following each release
- Conduct customer workshops and regular product deep dives focused on specific use cases with measurable outcomes
- Design a repeatable onboarding journey from contract signing to first value realization across all customer segments
- Implement a standardized onboarding program for new hires to accelerate productivity
- Develop a comprehensive library of demo content—live, recorded, vertical-specific, and persona-targeted—for use by sales and customers
- Create Siena Academy with structured curricula, certifications, and learning tracks for internal and external audiences
- Foster a vibrant community through recurring events, forums, and shared practices where customers, partners, and practitioners exchange knowledge
- Educate the broader market via public courses, published content, and widely adopted frameworks
- Equip sales teams with effective demos, messaging, and positioning tools including scripts, vertical narratives, and closing techniques
- Develop AI systems that automate and scale educational processes, teaching AI agents to deliver instruction
