Responsibilities

- Ensure alignment between brand identity and product experience
- Evaluate and integrate new design tools and methodologies
- Manage design sprints and iterative testing cycles
- Balance innovation with practical implementation timelines
- Foster a culture of design thinking across departments
- Monitor industry trends to maintain competitive edge
- Lead design reviews and critique sessions

- Optimize design processes for remote and in-person collaboration
- Drive consistency across web, mobile, and AI interface channels
