Responsibilities

  • Partners with the Director, People Experience COE to shape comprehensive strategies for corporate social responsibility, inclusion, and employer value proposition.
  • Analyzes organizational goals and collaborates with internal teams and external entities such as NGOs, industry groups, and public sector organizations to build and implement strategic roadmaps informed by employee network insights.
  • Leads the creation, implementation, and ongoing management of enterprise-wide programs, platforms, events, policies, and processes related to CSR, inclusion, and EVP, ensuring performance metrics are tracked for continuous enhancement.
  • Aligns with global initiatives in CSR, inclusion, and EVP, adapting and deploying them locally while adhering to overarching employer value proposition guidelines.
  • Manages procurement, contracting, and vendor relationships for external partners delivering CSR, inclusion, and EVP outcomes, following compliance standards in procurement and risk management.
  • Oversees task delegation through indirect reporting lines, ensuring delivery quality through coaching and supervision.
  • Engages business leaders to promote active participation in CSR, diversity, equity, inclusion, and EVP efforts, offering strategic advice across all organizational levels.
  • Establishes and maintains risk, control, and governance protocols for CSR, inclusion, and EVP activities in alignment with broader people and culture frameworks.
  • Produces regular reports for senior leadership, board members, and other stakeholders on progress and impact in CSR, inclusion, and EVP domains.
  • Controls centralized budgets for CSR, inclusion, and EVP, ensuring equitable distribution across the UK organization.
  • Incorporates external research and industry trends to guide the development and refinement of strategic execution plans.
