About the Role

Lead the development and unification of cross-platform technologies to ensure consistent, high-performance experiences across mobile, web, and desktop. This role involves strategic planning, team leadership, and close collaboration with product and design to deliver scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the long-term vision for cross-platform development
  • Lead a team of engineers building shared technology across platforms
  • Ensure alignment between platform-specific teams and central product goals
  • Drive technical standards and architecture decisions
  • Optimize development workflows for faster iteration and deployment
  • Collaborate with product managers to prioritize cross-platform initiatives
  • Improve code reuse and maintainability across operating systems
  • Evaluate and integrate new technologies to enhance performance
  • Mentor engineering leads and support career development
  • Establish best practices for testing and quality assurance
  • Work closely with design to ensure consistent user experiences
  • Monitor platform-specific constraints and adapt strategies accordingly
  • Lead incident response and performance troubleshooting
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors when needed
  • Ensure compliance with security and privacy standards
  • Streamline CI/CD pipelines for cross-platform builds
