This role is responsible for defining the creative direction and driving the repositioning of the brand as the product and platform evolve. The individual will ensure creative consistency across all customer interactions, develop systems to scale creative output, and lead a team of creatives in support of marketing, product, and growth initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Guide the transformation and repositioning of the brand in alignment with product and platform expansion
- Establish and maintain a unified creative vision across all marketing channels and customer experiences
- Lead the implementation of a renewed brand identity and narrative that reflects product advancements
- Develop efficient, scalable creative systems and processes to support web, campaigns, product launches, and content
- Manage and develop a multidisciplinary creative team spanning design, copywriting, motion, and production
- Collaborate with marketing, product design, and leadership to align brand storytelling with product strategy and growth objectives
- Work with performance marketing and growth teams to ensure creative assets support testing, conversion, and channel effectiveness
- Partner with creative operations and external production teams to deliver high-quality creative at scale
Requirements
- Proven experience leading creative teams in fast-growing technology environments
- Portfolio showcasing strategic brand development and high-quality creative execution
- Track record of evolving or repositioning a brand during periods of company and product growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
- Deep expertise in creative disciplines such as design, copy, motion, or production, with experience mentoring creative professionals
- Experience developing scalable brand systems, creative workflows, and operational structures
- Solid understanding of performance marketing and how creative impacts acquisition and conversion
- Proficiency with tools including Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and familiarity with AI-powered creative workflows
- Ability to operate strategically and at a detailed level, turning complex concepts into clear, compelling brand narratives

- Experience leading a major brand refresh or repositioning initiative
- Background working with product-led growth models and brand-driven marketing strategies
- Experience directing large-scale visual productions such as photo shoots or campaign asset creation
