About the Role

Own the end-to-end content strategy, from ideation to performance analysis, aligning with product and marketing goals to build a trusted, recognizable brand voice across all channels.

Responsibilities

  • Define and manage a comprehensive content strategy that supports product adoption and customer retention
  • Create compelling narratives that simplify complex product features for diverse audiences
  • Lead content planning, production, and distribution across blog, social, email, and video platforms
  • Collaborate with product teams to translate roadmap developments into engaging content campaigns
  • Develop editorial standards and content calendars to ensure consistent publishing rhythm
  • Use analytics to measure content effectiveness and optimize for engagement and conversion
  • Identify content gaps and opportunities across the user journey
  • Manage external contributors and freelancers to scale content output
  • Maintain brand voice and messaging alignment across all content formats
  • Guide SEO strategy to increase organic reach and visibility
  • Produce high-performing thought leadership pieces and long-form content
  • Oversee localization of content for non-English speaking markets
  • Train team members on content best practices and messaging frameworks
  • Evaluate content tools and platforms to improve workflow efficiency
  • Stay current with industry trends and adapt strategy accordingly
