Lead the client journey for a fast-growing AI company transforming how organizations optimize performance. As Head of Client Success, you’ll own the relationship with enterprise clients, ensuring they realize tangible outcomes from the platform through strategic onboarding, ongoing engagement, and clear demonstration of financial impact.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary liaison for enterprise clients, guiding them from onboarding through long-term growth
- Drive adoption and expansion by identifying new use cases and value opportunities within existing accounts
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to assess progress, showcase ROI, and align on future goals
- Translate technical capabilities into measurable business outcomes, including payback periods and financial returns
- Collaborate directly with the CEO to refine client strategy and scale best practices
- Travel regularly to client locations and industry events across the East Coast and beyond
- Solve cross-industry operational challenges using AI-powered tools and data insights
